Connected through opportunities in sport
Did you know that many community sports teams have been formed with students between the Connected Schools?
At the moment, the Golden Grove Lutheran Primary School Comets Basketball Team, play in the local Tea Tree Gully Competition at Turramurra or Golden Grove Recreation Centre on Saturdays, in Div 3 / 4 U12. The team is made up of Year 6 students at Golden Grove and Year 7 students at Endeavour College. They are coached and managed by an older brother currently attending Endeavour College and of course supportive mums and dads of Golden Grove Lutheran Primary School.
What a wonderful example of being connected through sport.
